RN Jodi O’Malley, employee of the US Dept. of Health & Human Services, decided to expose the harm she’s seen from the COVID vaccine after her colleague died shortly after being coerced into taking the vaccine. Although staff at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center are well aware that the vaccine is responsible for extensive cases of harm and death, it is neither acknowledged nor reported to VAERS.
